Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

It‘s bummed to us if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns  and exchange postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date and we have made the returns and exchange so easy for you!

Just drop us a sms, email or call us with your order number and we will do the return and exchange as per requirement.

Easy Return and Exchange

 For returns and exchange you can place the request via EMAIL, SMS, Whats App or call us at our customer care at

• Once you have placed the request . The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package . 
• Exchange will be dispatched once the earlier parcel has been picked up and return will be processed once parcel has been  picked up.
• We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return or exchange and refund within working days.

Return and Exchange with the help of customer service

 

• Please contact Customer Service by submitting your order Number indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
• After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
• Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your bank account or PayTM account, depending upon the mode of payment. if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance.  Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

*If your order is paid by COD, then please mail your bank account details for the refund.

Return Conditions

• We only accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date.
• Orders must be delivered.
• The address of the recipient must be in India.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: All items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
• We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
